Qhazanah Sabah Berhad, the investment arm of the Sabah State Government, was incorporated with the following objectives:

To act as the corporate vehicle to equip the State Government with the required skills and resources for overseas ventures and greenfield projects, and also to provide a conducive economic environment for Malaysian non-Sabah companies to set-up operations or undertake joint-ventures in Sabah. | To assist the Small Medium Industries in the State as well as the development and participation of Bumiputeras. |
