Notice of Incorporation on Conversion Into a Public Company: QHAZANAH SABAH BERHAD

This is to inform that the company has changed its status from Sendirian Berhad to Berhad. Pursuant thereto, the company is now officially known as Qhazanah Sabah Berhad with immediate effect following the endorsement by Companies Commission of Malaysia on 2nd September 2021.
In relation thereto, due to the said changes, the corporate representatives, business parties and legal relations shall stay the same. All contracts which have been signed under the original company name and its subsidiaries will still be effective. Qhazanah Sabah Berhad shall continue to bear the original company business, rights, and obligation thereto.
