MOU SIGNING BETWEEN QHAZANAH SABAH AND JAKS SOLAR POWER SDN BHD

The State’s strategic investment arm, Qhazanah Sabah has sealed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Jaks Solar Power Sdn Bhd (JAKS) to collaborate on the development of solar and hydro power plant in Sabah.
Qhazanah Sabah was represented by its Chief Executive Officer Ahmad Rizal Dahli and Company Secretary Rudy Jaglul. While JAKS was represented by its Chief Executive Officer Andy Ang Lam Poah and Senior General Manager Benedict Ho Kok Keong. The MoU signing ceremony witnessed by Qhazanah Sabah’s Chairman YB Datuk Seri Panglima Dr. Md. Salleh bin Tun Said Keruak and Executive Director Tuan Haji Mohd Shukor bin Abdul Mumin.
