A LIFELINE FOR FAMILIES IN NEED: YQS DELIVERS DRINKING WATER TO FLOOD AND LANDSLIDE VICTIMS IN KAMPUNG MADSIANG, PENAMPANG

As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting victims of natural disasters, Yayasan Qhazanah Sabah (YQS) delivered 10 cartons of drinking water to the temporary evacuation centre (PPS) at Kampung Madsiang, Penampang.
A total of six families, whose homes were severely damaged by the recent landslide and flood, remain displaced and unable to return home. The assistance was extended following an appeal from one of the affected victims for clean drinking water to meet the families’ cooking and daily needs.
This initiative underscores YQS’s continued dedication to providing humanitarian aid, easing the burden of affected families, and ensuring access to essential resources during their period of recovery.
