QSB IS CERTIFIED IN ISO 37001:2016 ANTI-BRIBERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (“ABMS”)

Qhazanah Sabah Berhad (“QSB”) is proud to announce its successful certification to the ISO 37001:2016 and MS ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (“ABMS”), awarded by SIRIM QAS International under Certificate No: ABMS 00367.

This significant milestone reflects QSB’s continued dedication to upholding integrity, transparency, and ethical governance at all levels of the organisation.

The certification was officially granted on 13th March 2025, with the ceremonial handover to QSB’s Chairman, Datuk Dr. Yusof bin Yacob and Group Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Ahmad Rizal bin Dahli taking place on 21st April 2025, during the QSB Group Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebration. The handover was performed by the Head of Integrity & Governance Unit of QSB, Tuan Nurahim bin Abd Rahim, and was witnessed by Sabah Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”) Director, Datuk TPj Karunanithy A/L Y. Subbiah, and Regional Director of SIRIM Sabah, Puan Rommella @ Genevieve binti Osmand.
