QSB Handover Ceremony for Two Haemodialysis Patients

Qhazanah Sabah Berhad (QSB) held a handover ceremony on November 7th (Thursday) at the Qhazanah Sabah Event Hall to provide financial support for haemodialysis treatment to two B40 patients, Encik Murpi Bin Duriat and Encik Zull Hakimi Bin Sabbinin. The mock cheque was presented by YB Datuk Dr. Yusof Yacob, Chairman of Qhazanah Sabah Berhad, marking QSB’s continued commitment to supporting Sabah’s deserving community in receiving necessary medical care.
The handover ceremony underscores QSB’s commitment to making healthcare more accessible to vulnerable individuals within the B40 community who face challenges in obtaining the essential treatment. The assistance provided by QSB aims to alleviate the financial burden of medical cost, particularly for costly treatments like haemodialysis, which are crucial for patients with kidney-related health conditions. Through this initiative, QSB strives to foster healthier communities and improve the overall quality of life for Sabah’s residents.
The event was also attended by YBhg Datuk Ahmad Rizal bin Dahli, Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr Rudy Jaglul, Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer, Directors, and the Management of Qhazanah Sabah Berhad as well as Qhazanah Healthcare Sdn Bhd. Also present were Prof. Madya Dr. Malehah binti Datuk Mohd Noh, Director of Hospital UMS; Dr. William Gotulis, Director of Hospital Queen Elizabeth; and Dr. Shim Jyh Ye, representative of YB Datuk James Ratib.
