WHSB Ventures Sdn Bhd and Victor Organik Sdn Bhd Signs MoU to Explore the Construction of Fish and Livestock Food Production Factory

WHSB Ventures Sdn Bhd (WHSBV), a subsidiary company of Qhazanah Sabah Berhad (QSB), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Victor Organik Sdn Bhd as a preliminary stage of agreement to explore the proposed collaboration on the construction of fish and livestock food production factory at Menara Kinabalu, January 25th.
Representing WHSB Ventures Sdn Bhd, Dr Paul Porodong as the Chairman and representative of WHSBV signed the agreement, while Mr. Hashim Daris, Director of WHSBV, witnessed the event. Mr. Victor Saliman, representing Victor Organik Sdn Bhd, signed the agreement, with Mr. Dell Darion Victor in attendance.
This collaboration, which is expected to move into the next stage in six months’ time, aims to bring together the expertise and resources of both companies to construct a state-of-the-art production facility. By combining the knowledge and experience of the two esteemed companies in their respective industries, WHSBV and Victor Organik strive to meet the growing demand for high-quality fish and livestock food products by upscaling its production facilities.
The partnership is expected to drive economic growth in the region and contribute to the development of Sabah's agricultural sector. Both companies are committed to engineering and fostering sustainable practices whilst supporting the local community.
