WHSB Ventures Sdn Bhd and TRC Solutions Berhad Signs MoU to Explore on Medical Waste Management Project

WHSB Ventures Sdn Bhd (WHSBV), a subsidiary company of Qhazanah Sabah Berhad (QSB), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TRC Solutions Berhad, as a preliminary stage of agreement to explore the proposed collaboration on medical waste management project at Menara Kinabalu, January 25th.

 

Representing WHSB Ventures Sdn Bhd, Dr Paul Porodong as the Chairman signed the agreement, while Mr Jeremy Kimsin, Director of WHSBV, witnessed the event. YBhg Datuk Kapitan Stephen Teo, representing TRC Solutions Berhad, has signed the agreement, witnessed by Mr. Chen Sooi Leong.

 

This MoU which is expected to move into the next stage in six months’ time, aims to address the critical issue of medical waste management in our region.  By combining the expertise and resources of both companies, WHSBV and TRC Solutions strive to explore the possibility of executing medical waste management project, which will involve the development of facilities and the implementation of advanced technologies to ensure the proper handling and disposal of medical waste. Both companies are dedicated to adhering to the highest standards of safety and environmental sustainability.
